IT Consultants

As the engine that delivers specific solutions to clients and also manages the clients' day to day relationship with our firm, the IT Consultant is both an expert in technology and customer relations. This balance requires a skill and maturity of a true professional.

This position will require you to provide multi-level technical consulting services to our customers via telephone, site visits, internet, and email. Your communication skills and technical knowledge will be constantly used, while allowing you to expand your area of expertise. This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to be able to research problems as they occur and constantly learn as you work.

You should be able to handle a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. You must also present yourself in a professional manner since you will be visiting our clients and representing our firm.

Technical Qualifications

This position requires Theoretical Knowledge of and hands on experience supporting and repairing:

• Office Network Infrastructure
• Windows OS Operating Environment
• Windows Server Environment
• Server Hardware
• PC Hardware
• Malware
