Microsoft and Adobe Release Critical Security Patches

Microsoft released an important patch for Excel spreadsheet productivity tool that is part of Microsoft Office, a widely used product across the globe. The vulnerability could allow unauthorized individuals to take control of the computer with the flaw.  All in all, Microsoft released 10 patches to address 34 flaws in Office, Windows, and Internet Explorer. Of those, 3 are critical.  Adobe also issued an update to address a vulnerability in its Flash Player that allows hackers to gain access to a computer.
